What types of appliances do Mint Service repair?
We are a Samsung Major Service Centre, but we repair all major household appliances, including washing machines, fridge freezers, ovens, tumble dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves. We also have specialist engineers for televisions and home audio-visual (AV) equipment. Basically, if it’s in your kitchen or living room and it’s not working – we can probably fix it!
How quickly can Mint Service respond to a repair request?
With our HQ in Basildon, South Essex, and local engineers throughout the region, we aim to respond within 24-48 hours. In many cases we can even get an engineer to you the same day. If you have an urgent appliance breakdown, just give us a call – we’ll do our best to help fast.
How much does it cost for a Mint Service repair?
We offer clear, fixed pricing for one-off repairs, and our customer service team will explain the costs upfront, so there are no surprises. Alternatively, you can join Club Mint for £30 and then pay from just £17.99 a month. Club Mint covers your current repair and any future repairs during your membership (with no call-out fees). You can even join if your appliance is already broken – it’s our best value offer.
What areas does Mint Service cover?

Are your engineers qualified to repair all brands?
